The Woodbridge Family Centre provides assisted living for up to four concurrent residents. Our assisted living accommodation and assisted social worker support typically helps young people who are struggling to transition to be able to operate independently with competence and confidence.

The Woodbridge Family Centre’s Assisted Living provides support to our residents on topics such as careers, vocational training, parenting, benefits, etc. This is delivered by a team of assistant social workers under supervision of highly skilled social workers and other professionals.
