Firstly, for your assessment placement. you should bring with you any essential items needed for you and your child/children e.g. Baby bottles, sterilisers, baby baskets, clothing for both etc.. If you require transportation to The Woodbridge Family Centre, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements.
Upon arrival at The Woodbridge Family Centre, we will first have a meeting with you to help you fully understand what to expect from the assessment and to set the objectives you will meet whilst staying with us. For many parents, this helps to establish clarity and remove some of the initial worries and concerns related to uncertainty. By discussing and understanding the aims and objectives, will help you to determine how these will be met.
